After the contract and deposit are squared away, we’ll begin with a few simple homework assignments. We use these to learn more about you, your business, and your ideal client. From there, the project starts to take shape, and we check in with you regularly for your feedback. Once the final design is completed (and you’ve fallen totally in love), we’ll make any final edits to the website, chat about pre-launch and post-launch requirements, then publish your website!
The entire process is entirely based on back and forth communication between us, and we stick to deadlines for each stage of the process. When you book your date, it’s important that you’ll be readily available to respond to emails and updates.
I prefer to book about a month in advance to give you time to complete all of the homework. Our design and development process includes a four part homework assignment that’s due on the project start date, so the further in advance you inquire and book, the better! Once you select a date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit, you’re officially on the schedule!
Of course! I offer a website maintenance service that includes minor content updates or we can do a re-design with the Custom Design service or Website in a Week service.
Yes! We require a 25% deposit to book the date to work, 25% the day before your scheduled start date, and the remaining 50% a week before the launch date. The balance must be paid in full before the website launches. Please keep in mind that we have strict late fees for homework/feedback that isn’t on time, because this throws off your entire project timeline – so plan carefully if you book during your busy season!
The Elementor Pro license is included in the Custom Design and Website in a Week services. This is a yearly subscription service and the renewal fee is $99 (as of April 2024) through Elementor. You can renew directly through Elementor after the first year (I provide tutorials for this) or subscribe to my Website Maintenance Service at a discounted rate.
I offer three months of website management to handle content updates, styling modifications, and maintenance. Additionally, Elementor is user-friendly and you won’t need any coding skills to make updates to your website.
