Template Installation Guide
This guide will walk you through the steps to install your new template.
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
- A WordPress site installed and running.
- Elementor plugin installed and activated.
- Elementor Containers enabled.
- Enable Unfiltered File Uploads via Elementor > Settings > Advanced Tab
- Access to the WordPress Customizer (add ‘/wp-admin/customize.php‘ to the end of your URL).
Make sure WordPress, your theme, and all plugins are up-to-date. Verify you are not using any plugins or themes that have known conflicts with Elementor.
Download and Installation Steps
- Download the template zip file from your email.
- Import the Template into Elementor:
- Open your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Templates > Add New.
- Close out of the New Template popup.
- Click on the Import Templates button at the top of the page.
- Select the template zip file and upload it.
- Add the Template to a Page:
- Create a new page or edit an existing one with Elementor.
- Click on the Add Template button in the Elementor editor.
- Go to the My Templates tab and select the imported template.
- Click Insert to add the template to your page.
- Click Don’t Apply on the settings popup.
- Follow the directions written in the Directions container
- Customize your new template to fit your website design.
All technical issues should be addressed by the Elementor support team or your hosting provider.
